Handmade girl's pink ribbon dress

This dress was made by my mother and is very worn, so I list it here for anyone interested in this type of vintage clothing from late 1980s; priced to let it go without owing money to Posh or for packing materials/gas, not trying to profit off this. The cloth has held up very well, but the ribbon has frayed quite a bit, shown in the pictures. The fabric is cotton. I've shown the measurements, but I do not know an exact size. From old photos I think I wore this up to 18 months.
