megasis4 @snow_angel_1984 hi there! The shorts are a pure white and I just tried Conching them in with the tie and yes they can definitely be cinched in 1-2” or more. I hope that helps! 😊

megasis4 @snow_angel_1984 they don’t actually have a material tag, but they feel like cotton to me. The inside feels like a super thin cotton and the outside layer feels like a cotton as well.
