I got this as a gift from my x bfs family when I was in Buenos Aires. Wore it once to dinner there and never again . Ties around the neck . One size and because of stretch Can fit different bodies . I’m a small and wouldn’t suggest for anyone over medium . It had elastic below the breast area and above the belly button . On looks very flowy and makes a statement with heels.
