Handmade knitted child's button up sweater, vintage

This is a handmade child's sweater, there are no size tags. Tags however, here are the measurements: Length from shoulder down is 16 in, armpit to armpit. Armpit is 13 in, sleeve length from the middle of the back is 19 in, bottom. Bottom opening is 10 in across, neck opening is 4 in across. Across. Very nicely done sweater. The white stripe and some of the pictures appears to have stains but there are none. Please see all the pictures and then you can see this for yourself.
