Handmade orange floral vintage 60s style princess puff sleeve mini dress

I slaved over this dress, but have since had a breast reduction so sadly this dress will never fit me again! The fabric is a sateen cotton from Spoonflower. Good for bustier types— I did a full bust adjustment when construction the dress. Best fits a busty size 10 or a size 12. Measurements taken while flat pit to pit is 20.5, but the bust adjustment adds additional volume in the front of the dress in addition to the pit to pit measurement. Waist: 19” Hips 24”
