Handmade pink and green high-low skirt size 1X

Handmade pink and green high-low skirt size 1X Really cute skirt with a unique pattern Not flowy and not sure of the fabric. It seems like the traditional cotton fabric you would purchase from the fabric store. Not tag, or brands listed. Nit sure of the size but I was a 1X when I tried it on and it fit. I gained weight and not I am a 2x and can no longer fot it. Please see measurements. Side zipper. No stretch in fabric. GREAT CONDITION WITH NO VISIBLE/MAJOR FLAWS. It looks to never be worn.
