Beautiful handmade possibly vintage but I don’t know mid circle skirt with pearlescent snaps. There is one portion of one snap that is missing. I was able to wear it just fine as is, the front part that shows is not missing so is not noticable. Measurements laying flat in pictures. I’m a size 4, 5’8” for reference.
