Handmade sequin festival skirt

This unique skirt has been hand embellished with tons of colorful sequins in floral patterns & also has a strip of tiny bells to it makes little twinkling sounds when worn. It is fairly short & would fit a S - M best as it does have a stretchy waistband. Can be worn with either sequins at the back or front & is truly a festive piece - perfect for Burning Man!
