Handmade steampunk necklace

I bought this from a Ren Faire a couple years ago and it doesn't really fit my style anymore. I would love to give it a better home! It was handmade by the seller and had parts that move (see video). All pieces are together by wire, you can see it around and behind it all. The back has a name and year, but I can't remember the shop name. I will try to find the business card and add it here.
