Handmade turquoise double stranded necklace

I made this about 8 years ago. I know the beads aren’t plastic but I’m not sure if they are actual turquoise. They have some nice weight to them. I still love this, I just never wear it, so I’d like it to go to someone who will. It’s probably about 16”, falls just under my clavicle. Non smoking home.
