Handmade upcycled tshirt skirt. This came from an artist in Asheville, NC. Sadly, too small for me. Unstretched elastic waist is 27 inches. Fully stretched it’s 38 inches. Best fit Small/medium. All seams are serged. Comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home.
