Handmade velvet cowl neck top

Velvet halter cowl neck top handmade by me, Lower Bottoms Clothing. Neck strap is made from various chains that drape down the back. Fabric is stretch velvet in a gorgeous shade of blue. Mannequin is a size small, but the garment can also be worn on larger sizes. Totally one of a kind!
