Handmade vintage chambray and rickrack with lace trim dress

vintage handmade dress. button up front. lace at collar and cuffs. homemade rickrack on front and back. missing one button at bottom of dress. no other imperfections. unlined. 13 inches across shoulders. armpit to armpit laying flat 19 inches. 34 inches long. I'm a 36 C for reference and it's just too tight in my bust. I can button it... but it's not comfortable.
