Handmade vintage yellow western dress

Vintage handmade butter yellow dress similar to house of cb dresses. Please reference measurements for fit. Says size 13 but this dress is at least 60 years old so sizing will not be comparable to today’s fit. Some small marks at the bottom would probably lift with some watered down dawn but I just don’t have any to try, it’s not noticeable unless someone was laying on the floor next to you wearing it. Zipper and hardware all working. I intended to have it altered to fit me eventually but I worry it’ll completely change the beauty of the dress so feel free to make an offer but I’m not super motivated to sell I still might have it fitted to myself I really am obsessed with her it’s just such a unique piece to have in a collection it’s so elegant but the fabric is suitable for regular day wear.
