Hand applied mirrors, crystals, spikes on a hidden platform pump. One spike is missing on the back of one of the shoes. If you are crafty. you can fix it ( think: Michael;s) This was a very expensive custom shoe. It was made for a customer that needed a larger size. It is brand new, but the spike does need fixing. Price is reflective.
