Handpainted Silkscapes long sleeved blouse

Handpainted Silkscapes long sleeved blouse, from Maryland, size says P, but I'd compare to a large to large women's. Laying flat measurements are 22" from armpit to armpit and approximately 15" from armpit seam to bottom of shirt, 20.5" inseam of sleeve, center of shoulder to bottom of shirt 27".
