Handpicked Blue Turquoise adjustable necklace

This is a Handpicked brand blue turquoise adjustable necklace. *I should say that to the best of my knowledge, these are turquoise stones; I’m not a gemologist. As you can see in the picture, each of the six (6) turquoise stones are a little longer than a standard bottle cap. Between the turquoise stones are several other stones. I have no idea what they are. The necklace is connected by an adjustable leather cord, not a clasp. Overall, this appears to be in very good condition. Please note, I know next to nothing about jewelry. I’m just sell stuff my ex-wife left when we split up. And I have no idea how much this originally cost.
