Super cute empire waisted spaghetti strapped black and white polka dotted semi-formal dress. Obtained second-hand and given there's no label in the dress, I would say this was hand-sewn. Very well made! Dress lines itself with skirt overlay and zips down back. Would be great for semi-formals or homecoming. Measurements (taken flat): Length: 36.5 in. Waist: 17.5 in. Armpit to armpit: 15 in. Empire: 14 in.
