Handsewn Summer Dress s/m

This dress is super soft and feminine. It is handsewn and has a high-low hem (longer in back than in front). It is striped in blue, white, tan, and red. It also has pockets! The pictures really do not do it justice. It is very small across the chest, measuring a snug 34 inches. It is 38 inches in length in front and 50 inches in back.
