Has this been stored hanging on a hanger? Also do you have measurements? the tag says XXS, not SML

The tag says xxs I’m origional a size small ,5.4 tall and this fits perfects ,not tight or loose just right
Even on their site they state you can go two sizes down depending on look you desire
