This is a really pretty Handkerchief Hem, sleeveless, scoop neck, lace dress. The inner layer feels like a dress slip, it's made of 100% polyester in a solid color of Dark Blue/Navy Blue. The outside is also a solid color of Dark Blue/Navy Blue but it's a lace type material made of 92% Nylon and 8% Spandex. Has a stretchy cinched waist. Measurements are from top shoulder to longest hem is 43 in, top shoulder to shortest part of Hem is 35 in., waist 36in and it's so it stretches bigger, Bust 44.
