Hanky Panky Vintage Maroon and Velvet floral detailed quarter sleeve shirt

Hanky Panky Vintage quarter sleeve shirt. Never wear it as it’s too tight for my liking, so I think someone could love it better! Maroon/Dark red color. The tag has no size, but trying it on I would say a S/M as I am normally an 8/10 and I could get it on but not as loose as I would like. Perfect for adding some texture and style to your outfit!
