Brand new without tags or pretty close. I probably washed them once. I use unscented laundry detergent. My daughter never wore these. No rips, stains or damage at all. They look immaculate. I will lint roll these upon purchase and double bag them when mailing them to you. I'm extremely picky with clothes myself and have a great track record!!
