Fully lined, this 100% nylon tulle outer layer and 100% polyester lining is a Hannah Anderson Disney collaboration from beauty and the beast. There are lovely embroidered items on the skirt. The outer layer is a dark yellow, and the inner layer is a light golden yellow. In great condition, this was not something my daughter reached for and so it's only been worn once there are no snags or pulls
