This is a super cute and fun Kate Spade License plate bag. It says New York on it and has sweet phrases in the bag like partners in crime. I used as a prop for some wedding photos. tag is still on it. The purse is a gold metal with a delicate plastic on the back so it smudges easily but wipes clean.
