No tags. Super cute feline print in a chiffon like print with a poly liner underneath. Crocheted off white collar. Elastic waistband. There is a tear at the seam under the left arm (from pulling on the dress form 😩) which I will try to repair if I get my machine running. It does not look like a difficult repair. Dark blue. ***BELT NOT INCLUDED*** Waist: 11” Stretched waist: 18” Length: 32” Armpit to armpit: 17” I have this listed as a child’s dress but I wore it as a small adult top.
