tippiejax You're a doll! Most of my memories are general--every year my mom would take me to get a new Easter dress, (at K-mart or Woolsworth) and considering I was a Tom boy, that was quite the chore for my Mom! Lol😂😂. I am a large part, Hungarian. My Grandfather was 100% so, and we would often have a non-traditional Easter meal of Chicken Paprikash at my grand parent's little trailer. We grew up pretty poor, but happy.

tippiejax Putting curlers in my hair for church was another major challenge for my mom. I was miserable in a dress with curled hair! HAGAHA!! I do remember always coveting the HUGE chocolate Easter bunnies in the stores. Oh, how I wanted one. But they were so expensive for us.

tippiejax But no matter how much my mom couldn't stand the mess of it, she would line all three of us (I have 2 brothers) on a barstool at the kitchen counter and let us make stains and messes dying eggs with the old fashioned PAAS egg dying kit; it had the little colored tablets that fizzed in a mixture of vinegar and water! Thanks for stirring up old memories!! Much fun. 😘😘

taylerdoll This is an amazing idea! And so sweet too. My favorite easter memory would be when my younger cousins and I went easter egg hunting! They were so young and excited then! Afterwards, I took them to the park and we played hide and seek for hours and hours! They were so hyped up on candy at first, but then they crashed on my grandmother floor and almost slept through Easter dinner! My favorite memory 💕 What is yours?
