🌸 Stunning doll created to celebrate Japanese New Year 🌸 Dressed in a formal red brocade furisode type of kimono with a gold plum blossom pattern 🌸 The furisode has extra long sleeves and is only worn by single women. The sleeves signify there is still space to love someone with all her heart. 🌸 The gold and white sash, or obi, is tied around her waist with an obi-june, the gold cord that holds it in place 🌸 Underneath the kimono is a date-jime (waistband) over a sleeveless white slip 🌸 On her feet are traditional Japanese sandals called zori 🌸 Sealed in a window design display box with a Velcro closure 🌸 Box is very slightly bent from storage NOTE: Due to box size and weight restrictions, cannot be bundled for shipment
