px3vintageforu @lolas_boutique_ good morning! I have a question. Should I change my @ name? It’s currently my full name. If I change it, would I lose my followers? One more, if I have an item that will require extra postage due to weight, is it Posh to ask the buyer to pay?

lolas_boutique_ @poppypousson hey! Posh says you can never change your user name but you can especially if you tell them you used your full name and don’t want that exposure, MANY people change their user. I would think it over and find something really really good that makes you happy and maybe will let others know what you sell or just give a hint of what you are about like....if u sold glasses I could use like...poppysglasses or glassesbypoppy or something more creative lol.

lolas_boutique_ Next question is, yes you keep all of your everything! Followers everything. And no posh will ask you to pay unless you go in to explain the label and have the pay I THINK. if posh automatically asks you to pay I would tell the customer and up the price to reflect the extra postage or meet them half way if you want to. I know the usps WILL accept boxes over 5lbs with the regular 5lb weight limit box, I sent one yesterday not knowing or thinking!

lolas_boutique_ They took it! I didn’t do it on purpose, but I have seen others chat about them accepting their more than 5lbs no problem but if it’s much over I would get a extra label because if you don’t you will for sure have to add it at the counter yourself and I doubt you would be refunded. I will take a look at your bundle lol.

aurarosecandles @px3vintageforu yes it’s really hard. Especially when you’re close with them. My dad was my mentor and gave the best advice. Yes I have my mom and extended family so that’s good lol

jennahoffert I want to make sure that you are updated the post office is two days behind right now due to Covid. It hit our post office is really hard here in Iowa they actually buried six of their employees and every single one of them have been sick at some point.
