@melonposhmark wow, how can she be 5? That is amazing, is school open there? ABQ isn’t and hasn’t been for almost a year now! So sad, kids are having issues with it!🥺 i am looking in ABQ or even Rio Rancho, a small town, like a suburb of ABQ. So happy u found your perfect home! 😍

@skmcphee most schools are opening back up here but the preschool has been open the whole time. how far is ABQ from where you are now? i really hope you find something, more space would be great! my house is not very big but its just me and Evelynn so it works. so sorry to hear about Adora, its so hard when they get old.. just cherish the time you have with her. ❤😥 shes lucky to have you as a best friend!

I bought a house, you brought me luck!!!😍 Albuquerque is where I live, bought house in Rio Rancho approx 20 mules from where I live, excited but nervous. I know Poor Adora, loving and spoiling her! Many things actually, i wanted more space, lol my my age, you’re supposed to size down not up!🤣And I have an HOA that’s $230 a mo, and a board member and i but heads every summer. My son may go to AZ and my other kids wanted me closer, sense I am old! Lol happy day hugggs😍

@skmcphee im sooo happy for you! is it a house or a townhouse? i was looking at townhomes but i just couldnt justify spending the money on the fees its ridiculous! thats a lot you pay! so ill be cutting my own grass still lol. when do you start moving? did you sell your house yet?

@melonposhmark thank you sweetie! I bought a house for that reason, my HOA here is $230 mo! I have 3 offers, my realtor is causing me grief. I am wanting more than it may appraise for, got 10k over asking, my gal started questing them! They withdrew! I have completely updated my house, so far nicer than the others in area. So bummed! @skmcphee thats terrible that you cant really trust her. why would she do that? im just at the restaurant right now... i still have my realtor license active but with covid i wanted to just stay with my job here because nobody knew how the market would be. maybe one day ill get back into it. i hope youre house sells, it should be sold if someone offered 10k above asking!!
