Hardly worn girl’s 2T super soft 100% organic cotton long-sleeved floral dress!!

Hardly worn incredibly soft floral button-up dress in beautiful blue color by Little Planet Carter’s brand. Made of 100% organic cotton. Like new almost and barely worn (sleeves are just a little wrinkled from washing). Very cute alone or over tights!
