Hard-to-Find Velvet Black Floral Blazer

-Very awesome “vintage” early 2000’s H&M blazer -Bell sleeves and hooks for buttons -Size 8 but runs small (definitely more like size 6) -Flattering silhouette -Excellent pre-owned condition but one hook is missing some of the cover- does not affect look or wear. -20% cotton, 30% polyester, 50% rayon
