Harley Davidson Puffer Reversible Jacket

how old does it have to be to be considered vintage??? this is like, new wore less than a handful of times by my youngest son who has absolutely outgrown it now. He is 18 now, 6'1 - 200lbs - he wore this when he was 4 or 5 years old. Reversible. Size 6 youth.
