To be 100% Honest. I don't know. They have zippers on the inside and outside of each boot. And They lace up. So.. My guess would be no. Not 100%. I have never had any problems with them in the rain or weather though.

Just to let you know, I have some almost exactly like these & I sprayed them with waterproof spray. But, if it's hard rain, it will splash & get inside your boots. I wear my tall boots during winter/wet season & these in the summer. They are great boots.
