does this have a longer strap to be able to sling over one shoulder and rest at back or in front on tank while riding? I'm looking for a good bag to carry with me on my Dyna... the Fatboy has bags but my dyna looks weird with them on lol so looking for a good bag to wear on myself as I'm riding
