These black chaps are in almost new condition. They are lined from the inseam at the crotch to the knee. All of the snaps and zippers function as should. The only sign of wear is a tiny bit of natural stretch where the pants rested on the boot top. No scratches or tears. Waist adjusts from 16" across to 18" across using leather adjustment string, and the belt buckle adjustment can bring them 22" across. The inseam is 32". Top make them shorter simply trim them with very sharp scissors. Easy Peasy!
