Harlow On The Fringe Slip Dress

Elegant 1990s fringed slip dress by Harlow. Two layers: Under layer is a slinky soft fabric and the top is a very soft lacy fabric which falls loosely over the lining and gives the dress lots of swish and movement. Very comfortable to wear. This dress was worn several times in the 90s but has been carefully stored since. Excellent condition.
