Harlow Women’s Sm (fits like M) heather grey button down with collar

Harlow Women’s Sm (fits like M) heather grey button down. Has opal-like buttons (they feel like a stone or shell and look glassy/glazed). Loose, flowy shirt. Could probably fit a size Large, but definitely is a medium even if the tag says small. I think it would be too big for a small. Excellent condition and good quality material.
