Harlow and Rose tiered puff-sleeve cottagecore dress

This dress has only been worn a few times due to me sizing out, but it is a great wardrobe staple that can be worn with sandals or espadrilles in the spring/summer or layered with cozy sweaters and richer colors for the fall. It is lined has pockets! It also has loops at the waist for a belt or sash. There are a few small irregularities in the fabric, shown in pictures. Comes with a matching waist tie not pictured.
