Harold Powell vintage black silk fit and flair dress, size 4 but fits like a 2

This classic, vintage Harold Powell black silk dress enjoyed many nights out when I lived in London and dressing up was required. It is a cross between a “fit and flair” and an “A-line,” as I don’t recall fit and flair as a descriptor in the ‘90s. It was purchased at Harold Powell in Houston. It is a vintage size 4 and fits more like a 2, so please look at measurements in photos. Dress is 100% silk and fully lined in polyester. It has a back zip and hook and eye closure at neck. It was recently dry cleaned. Measurements (approximate) taken flat (see photos): 36” shoulder to hem 15.5” armpit to armpit 13” natural waist 16” hips Smoke-free and pet-free home.
