Harolds cardigan with whimsical ruffle cuffs

This is a cotton cardigan from Harolds with a shawl collar and 3/4 length sleeves with a wide ruffle around the cuff. Very fun. Large buttons run down the front. Heavy material and would keep you toasty. Measures 20 inches from pit to pit and 18 inches from top to bottom in the back. Never worn. Very soft. Bundle and save with the skirt shown in the picture
