Harper Blouse

Harper Blouse. It is small, and I have only worn it once. It is minty green with white polka dots. The top unties and can be readjusted as needed. There appears to be a small yellow stain indicated in one of the photos that I could not remove; however, it is not noticeable without moving the fabric around to find it. Besides the small stain, it does not appear to have any peeling or snags. I have included photos of the measurements, which come from a smoke-free home.
