Harper Embroidered and Embellished Henley Blouse

Sleeveless Henley blouse Navy Blue with a high-low shirttail hem and embroidery/embellished neckline. Fabric had a slightly satin like finish. Very cute and versatile blouse but just never fit me properly, not a great fit for a petite frame (narrow and short). Tried many times in hopes it would work but never actually worn! *color accurate in second photo*
