New without tags. Never been worn. Very cute, soft, form fitting rubber sweater dress. Long sleeves and puffed shoulders. I am 5’2” 103 lbs, 34 A cup and it fits perfectly. I have broad shoulders so I’m just not feeling the puffed look. Looks super cute on!
