Harper Heritage green sweater dress

I am 5’4” and this is super short on me which is why I don’t wear it much. Totally can be worn with leggings underneath though! Deep v in both front and back, has a tie in the back top to keep it together and a tie around the waist. Has a small hole in the end of the sleeve on one arm, didn’t even know it was there until I was listing it, can easily be sewn shut.
