Harper Wren sleeveless dress with ruffles & three-tiered ruffled, floral dress

Dress is previously owned, gently used, minimal signs of wear. Good condition, no stains or snags. Fabric is polyester, both the sheer yellow and multi-colored floral print and the solid yellow lining. Measurements are included in the photos, note the waist has some good elastic stretch (not reflected in measurement).
