liljojo13 @perholmes3 across busy is 18in lying flat, this is a very stretchy dress and can fit up to 24 or so comfortably in my opinion. (measures 23 when gently stretched and measured)

liljojo13 @perholmes3 I listed measurements, my bust is 18, (across front only) and this dress was loose on me. It's very stretchy. I think it would fit xs/s depending on bust
