Harrods London Kitty with flowers Tote, NWT Never Carried, Folded

Harrods shopper tote with black cat and spring flowers. Green top area with inside pocket. the paper part of tag got lost but plastic piece is still attached. plus the cardboard base is unused. please look at all photos to see how clean and new it is. this is really thick pvc material.
