Harrods Tartan Plaid Wool Kilt with Pins

This beautiful child's tartan plaid pure new wool kilt by Harrods has a side belt at the waist that's made of metallic and probably leather. It is fringed on the opening on the front left and has accordion pleats in the back. It comes with 2 metallic kilt-style pins. I'm not sure if I placed the metallic pins correctly on the kilt in the photos, but you can move them if you want them in another place. I believe this plaid is Stewart, but am not 100% sure. The Woolmark tag is attached, but I don't see any other tags, so I'm not listing the skirt as new with tags. It's in great condition, however. I see a couple of tiny snags near the top, but they're so small, I don't think they affect the look or the longevity of the kilt. You can see one of them if you look closely at the 3rd photo (above and to left of the top metallic pin). The kilt is labeled "Age 8," which I assume is consistent with a size 8. However, please review the below measurements carefully. They were taken on the front of the kilt with it laid flat. Waist: 11.25" Length: 17" Please let me know if you have any questions.
