Tan Vest has three faux pockets on the front, six usable buttons to open or close the vest, and a yellow ribbon on the back to tighter or loosen. the best is the same silk like material inside with felt like material outside as the overcoat but the back also has a canvasy like material Necktie is adjustable through a side metal ring and no need to worry about tying a bow tie because you can just use the metal clip in the back Scarf is a pattern and very high quality. Not super thick which helps with the many layers of the costume. Has a faux leather patch with Newt's name and initials on the bottom.
